Last week, we welcomed guests to a truly memorable evening: A Taste of France, our exclusive wine tasting experience designed to delight, educate, and inspire. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation and French charm.
A Sparkling Welcome
Each guest was greeted with a glass of our Extra Reserve Brut Nature sparkling wine, setting the tone for a night of sophistication and discovery. Adding to the ambiance, a live accordion player provided the perfect soundtrack, transporting everyone straight to the heart of France.
A Blind Tasting Adventure
As guests settled at their tables, they discovered three glasses of wine waiting for them, alongside a tasting sheet for notes. In a twist, the wines were part of a blind tasting—an element we kept secret until the evening began. Guests were invited to observe the colour, inhale the aromas, and savor the flavours on the palate, noting their impressions with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Once everyone had experienced the wines, we opened the floor for discussion. Guests shared their thoughts, debated aromas, and compared impressions, creating a lively, interactive session full of insights and surprises.
Perfect Pairings
To enhance the tasting, each guest received a charcuterie bite. We encouraged everyone to pair their wine with the charcuterie and reflect on how the flavours interacted.
