Wine Type: White

Colour: White

Grape Variety: Sauvignon

Still

The grapes are night-harvested and cold-fermented to preserve purity. This

Sauvignon Blanc reflects the maritime soils of Saint Frichoux with freshness and

finesse. The colour is a pale golden with a green glint. Flinty on the nose, opening

into passionfruit and grapefruit. The palate is bright and crisp, with white peach,

lemon zest, and a clean, vibrant finish. An ideal match for shellfish, green

asparagus, and young goat’s cheese. Serve chilled.
