Discover the Tribute Cuvée: A Unique Blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, and 10% Mauzac

The Wine:

This elegant vintage pays tribute to Eugénie Limouzy, showcasing a refined blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, and 10% Mauzac. A subtle combination of Mediterranean and Pyrenean vineyards creates a harmonious cuvée with a 6g/L dosage (Extra Brut) that offers a sophisticated balance of freshness and complexity.

Winegrowing:

Crafted from vineyards certified Terra Vitis and in conversion to organic farming since 2020, this wine benefits from the rich clay and limestone soils of the foothills of the Pyrenees. With yields under 50HL/HA, every bottle reflects the exceptional quality of the region.

Winemaking:

Grapes are hand-harvested, followed by a slow, gentle pressing (at less than 1.2 bar) to extract the purest juice. Aged for an average of 30 months on lattes, the wine is refined with a dosage using a solera of reserve wines, giving it depth and smoothness.

Tasting Notes:

  • Color: Pale yellow with bright, shimmering reflections.
  • Aroma: A delicate bouquet of white flowers, fresh fruits, and subtle yeasty notes.
  • Palate: Fresh on the attack, combining ripe citrus and creamy nuances, offering a harmonious balance.

Pairing:

Ideal as an aperitif, this Extra Brut also pairs wonderfully with seafood canapés or roasted poultry, making it perfect for any occasion.
