Grape Variety:

Explore the Art of Crémant: A Stunning Blend of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, and 20% Pinot

The Wine:

Crafted from a precise blend of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, and 20% Pinot, this vintage-dated Crémantshowcases a refined selection of the finest parcels. With a dosage of 6g/L (Brut), this small-batch cuvée delivers an exceptional balance of complexity and freshness.

Winegrowing:

Our vineyards are Terra Vitis certified and have been in conversion to organic farming since 2020. Located on the foothills of the Pyrenees, these altitude vineyards thrive in clay and limestone soils. With yields of less than 50HL/HA, each bottle represents the pinnacle of sustainable viticulture.

Winemaking:

Hand-harvested with meticulous care, the grapes undergo slow and gentle pressing (at less than 1.2 bar) to preserve the integrity of their flavors. Aged for an impressive 40 months on lattes, the wine is refined with a solera of reserve wines, enhancing its complexity and smoothness.

Tasting Notes:

  • Color: Pale yellow with bright, radiant reflections.
  • Aroma: A powerful bouquet of white flowers, fresh orchard fruits, and a touch of spices.
  • Palate: Complex and rich on the attack, with appealing ripe citrus and subtle yeasty notes creating a harmonious finish.

Pairing:

This elegant Brut is ideal as an aperitif and pairs wonderfully with earthy mushrooms or grilled poultry for a truly sophisticated experience.
