The Wine:
This captivating red wine is a powerful blend of 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah, and 25% Carignan, delivering a complex profile with deep, rich flavors. Grown in calcareous and gravelly soils, the wine reflects its Mediterranean terroir and offers a distinctive expression of the region.

The attack presents a silky and balanced mouth, even in its long finish. The tannins are still firm, but should soften after a year of laying down. To be savoured preferably with game, duck breast or rib steak.
