The Wine:

This exceptional white wine is a beautiful blend of 40% Bourboulenc, 25% Roussanne, 25% Picpoul, and 10% Vermentino, crafted to showcase the diversity and richness of these Mediterranean varieties. Grown in limestone and gravel soils, this wine embodies the essence of the region with finesse and complexity.

Winemaking:

The grapes undergo mechanical harvesting and are carefully handled with settling and cooling of the grape must to preserve their natural aromas. Fermentation at low temperatures ensures the fresh, vibrant characteristics of the grapes are retained. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 3 months, adding complexity and subtle texture.
