The Wine:
This complex red blend is crafted from 45% Syrah, 30% Carignan, and 25% Grenache, showcasing a rich profile with deep flavors. The grapes are grown in limestone, gravelly, and stony soils with a limestone subsoil, which imparts structure and minerality to the wine.
Winemaking:

The wine is then aged in barrels for 8 months, where it develops complexity and balance. Fermentation with temperature control ensures the preservation of vibrant flavors.

Perfect with hearty meats in sauce, leg of lamb, and puffed potatoes, this wine complements rich, flavorful dishes and is ideal for special occasions or gatherings.
14.5% alcohol, offering a robust profile that enhances its complexity.
