Crafted from a vibrant blend of Syrah, Caladoc, and Carignan, this rosé hails from the scenic valleys of Resclauze and Ruchol, where vines grow on sandstone marl soils in the heart of the former Marseillette lagoon—a rich agricultural zone reclaimed in the 19th century. The name "Freshwater Mariners" pays tribute to this unique history.

Harvested at night to preserve aromatic purity, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo cold fermentation at precise, controlled temperatures, ensuring freshness and flavor integrity.

In the glass, this rosé shines with delicate pink hues. The nose bursts with fresh strawberry and a hint of cool mint, leading to a palate that confirms the strawberry notes with vibrant acidity, lively tension, and a clean, refreshing finish.
