Our sandstone and clay soils, rich in native herbs and garrigue, infuse the wine with the unique character of the region’s terroir.

Crafted using a traditional vinification method with long maceration and careful oxygen management, this red wine offers a velvety, well-rounded mouthfeel that reflects both nature and craftsmanship.

In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby red color. The nose is complex and refined, with enticing notes of salted caramel, ripe dark berries, eucalyptus, and spice, layered over a base of wild herbs. On the palate, the wine is smooth and expressive, culminating in a fresh, garrigue-scented finish.
