Fresh & Expressive White Wine – Grenache Blanc, Macabeu & Chardonnay | Aude, France

Crafted from a vibrant blend of Grenache Blanc, Macabeu, and Chardonnay, this Southern French white wine is born on the sunlit hillsides of the Balcony of the Aude, a natural geological amphitheater nestled against the Montagne Noire. The sandstone and clay soils, rich in wild herbs and garrigue, impart the wine with a velvety texture and aromatic complexity, true to the character of this exceptional terroir.

Harvested at night to preserve freshness, the grapes are gently pressed and cold-fermented at controlled temperatures, enhancing the wine's vivid, expressive profile.

In the glass, it gleams a pale golden yellow with green reflections. The nose bursts with notes of jasmine, grapefruit, white peach, quince, and almond, leading to a rounded, well-balanced palate. A touch of salinity on the finish adds freshness and finesse.

Food Pairing: Perfect alongside a Caesar salad, sautéed red mullet, chanterelles in cream, or fresh goat cheese. Also ideal for sharing in joyful gatherings.
Serving Temperature: Best served Chilled for that perfect evening.
