Languedoc Wines are please to present this aged Red Wine – Syrah, Grenache & Mourvèdre | Exceptional Terroir, Southern France

Crafted from Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, this remarkable red blend comes from carefully selected vineyard plots we've studied for over 25 years. Grown in a sustainably managed terroir with Royat Cordon pruning, partial grassing to preserve soil life, and strategic cultivation to retain rainwater, these vines yield grapes of exceptional depth and character.

The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness, only after tasting confirms their ideal maturity. Vinification includes a six-week gentle infusion, with traditional cap punching and aeration, and partial incorporation of press juice. The wine is then aged in fine French oak barrels, sourced in partnership with long-trusted coopers, and matured further in vats and bottles. Released after 3 years, this wine is ready to enjoy now or continue aging beautifully.

In the glass, it displays a deep purple hue with brilliant highlights. The bouquet is intense and elegant, revealing jammy black fruits, wild garrigue herbs, roasted mocha, and a subtle woody note. On the palate, it is smooth and structured, with silky tannins and layered flavors of morello cherry in brandy, black liquorice, and ginger.

Food Pairing: Ideal with quails and truffles, thyme and olive lamb stew, game meats, spicy dishes, grilled red meats, or aged cow’s cheeses.
Serving Temperature: Best served at 17°C.
