Grown along the ancient valleys of Resclauze and Ruchol, this red blend is

rooted in marl-rich soils where two rivers once flowed into the former

Marseillette lagoon. Harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified with

precision, the result is a wine of character and balance. A generous nose of

cherry syrup and ripe red berries, underscored by a touch of graphite. The

palate is fresh, rounded, and structured, with just the right amount of depth

and lift. Perfect with grilled lamb, creamy cheeses, or a warm duck salad.

Serve slightly chilled at 15°C.
