🌹 The Rosé – VignelaCroix

Bright, dry, and effortlessly drinkable. Made using the saignée method and aged in stainless steel, this rosé bursts with citrus, red currants, and soft floral notes. Great as an aperitif or alongside seafood, salads, and grilled dishes.

Grapes: Cinsault & Syrah
ABV: 12.5%

🍇 The White – VignelaCroix

Golden in colour and graceful in flavour. A blend of Bourboulenc, Roussanne, Picpoul, and Vermentino aged 3 months in oak. Expect floral aromas, citrus brightness, and a subtle glazed chestnut richness. Perfect with creamy dishes, fish, or bold cheeses.

🍷 The Red – La Clape

Rich, smooth, and packed with character. Barrel-aged for 8 months, this red blends ripe dark fruits, liquorice, and the signature herbal spice of the Mediterranean. Ideal with grilled meats, stews, or aged cheeses.
